ഡോ സാറാമ്മ കുറച്ചു കൂടുതൽ കാലം സൽവേഷൻ ആർമി ആശുപത്രിയിൽ സേവനം അനുഷ്ഠിക്കുകയും സ്ഥലം മാറ്റം വന്നപ്പോൾ കാട്ടാക്കട വിട്ടു പോകാനുള്ള വൈമനസ്യം കാരണം സ്വന്തമായി ഒരാശുപത്രി എന്ന ആശയം മുന്നോട്ടു കൊണ്ട് വന്നു ആനി ഹോസ്പിറ്റൽ ആരംഭിച്ചത്.പിന്നീട് ഈ ഹോസ്പിറ്റൽ മമ്മൽ ആശുപത്രി ആയി മാറി.
